I am  an Animation Director and artist who has worked extensively within the animation industry for the last twenty-five years. Specific key skills include storyboarding and art direction.

In 2015 he founded Kong Studio, an award-winning animation Studio. Alongside partners Tom Baker and Emma Burch, Kong highlights included Quinten Blakes Box of Treasures, Thomas & Friends, and a wealth of commercials and short films.  Bill was one half of Kong’s in-house Directing duo Elliott Baker.

Kong closed its doors in 2025.

I now work both as a commercial artist within the entertainment industry, and as an artist in my own right.
